Grimm + Parker was hired for master planning and building design services for the campus of Capitol College.  The master plan was meant to establish a physical framework for growth with a 15-20 year future which included doubling the existing space inventory.  After the design of the master plan was complete, a site was chosen for the Innovation and Leadership Institute, a program was developed, and the building feasibility study was performed.  The program of functions for the ILI Building consist of residential suites above computer labs and flexible education spaces.
