The Towson University Public Safety Building is a new 20,240 square foot, two story building on approximately a 1.5-acre triangular site.  The new Towson University Public Safety Building will be comprised of a variety of spaces including offices, an emergency operations center, a communications dispatcher room, a camera viewing area, a records room, storage facilities, as well as a sally port and secure areas for the police and for detainees. The project is striving to achieve a LEED-NC 2009 Silver Certification.
