Frederick Community College resides on a 94 acre campus located at 7932 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, Maryland. The adjacent neighbors are Fort Detrick to the south and residential single family homes to the west and north with Opossumtown Pike bordering the east side of the campus.

The new Classroom/Student Services building is east of existing classroom and administration buildings B and C and north of the conference building E. 

The new Classroom/Student Center facility provides approximately 80,000 gsf of additional classroom and student service spaces, allowing for program expansion of current programs and for the student support requirements that occur with enrollment increases. The facility also provides for adequate faculty and adjunct office space to integrate academic and co-curricular activities as well as providing space to meet the deficiencies of the projected growth and future program expansion.  Spaces include: Dining Room, Coffee Bar, Reception Lobby, Food Court, Food Kitchen, Bookstore, Student Game Room, Administration Offices, Conference Rooms, Classrooms, and Computer Labs.
