College of Southern Maryland - Prince Frederick Campus

A new Campus Master Plan for a Community College to grow – A feasibility study and masterplan options of multiple styles of campus development were delineated and presented to the Board of trustees.  A formal plan was selected and Grimm + Parker developed the 5 phase, multi-year masterplan. The plan included options for a variety of building sizes and heights to give the College the maximum flexibility in their long-range educational and fiscal planning.  Development and planning of a 75-acre site includes: 
• 45 usable acres
• Construction of the 1 mile section of the relocated J.W. Williams Road
• 1 mile of water service line
• Site utilities
• Pump station
• Mass grading
• Sediment Basin for the entire campus
• Site signage package
• Site lighting
• Landscaping
