Victoria Park at Edgewater is an independent-living, moderate-income, senior apartment building that opened in the Fall of 2006. The 4-story building was designed to fit on a small site outside of Annapolis, across the South River. The context feature marinas and Cape Cod style buildings. The architectural language of the project reflects the nautical characteristics of the region.

The centrally-located common areas provide the focus for an active life style: a two-story front lobby leads you to the parlor room, the multi-purpose room with its full-size kitchen, a theater and entertainment center, and a “Florida room” or solarium. The focal point of the common areas in the back is the two-story library that is directly connected to the cyber cafe and game room, with access to the rear patio and nature paths.

Additional amenities include a fitness room, a health suite, a mail room, a hospitality suite, central laundry facilities, covered porches, and outdoor patios. Details have been designed into the 102 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with an eye to comfort, accessibility, and quiet elegance. Sixteen of the apartments are handicapped accessible and all units include complete kitchens while some feature a private patio.
