The Alaire at Twinbrook Station is a mixed-use apartment complex within walking distance of the Metro station that incorporates a combination of retail and residential. 

Building “A” includes 125 residential units with 151,288 g.s.f. and 11,116 g.s.f of retail space and 91 parking spaces.  Building “B” includes 146 residential units of 159,288 g.s.f. and a 7,345 g.s.f restaurant.  A separate 6-level garage provides an additional 320 parking spaces.

85% of the apartments are market rate and 15% are MPDU’s (moderately priced dwelling units).  A variety of different size units are offered including 15 loft apartments, 154 one bedroom units, and 102 two-bedroom units.  Twenty of the units also include dens.

Additionally, there are 5,000 s.f. of amenity space with views of an exterior pool and terrace area.
