A complete neighboorhood restoration project, Windsor Crossing is a new development on a once blighted property. A mixed-use community, this affordable housing community promotes home ownership and family legacy wealth. The community offers rental and purchase options for all age community members:

1.  Multi-Family Apartments (rental) – 8 apartment buildings w/garages – 128 units – 
     Apartments are available in two-bedroom units (104) and  three-bedroom units (24)
2.  Senior Independent Living (rental) – 125 units, 1 + 2 bedrooms – 138,130 gsf – Public amenitys spaces: 
     Activity, Theater, Salon, Library, Cafe, Crafts and Billiards.
3.  Manor Homes 5-Plex condominums (sale) – 95 units in 19 buildings – Garages with 80% of units
4.  Clubhouse – Community building contains classrooms, HeadStart & daycare, computer labs, youth center, 
     weight training, lockers, outdoor pool, and outdoor recreation areas.

Funded through P.G. Co. Dept. of Housing and Community Development and Municipal Bonds, HUD loan; MD DHCD Tax Credit Equity, Private development funds.
