Varsity Student Residences is a mixed-use complex located just steps away from the main entrance to the University of Maryland’s College Park Campus. The residential area is composed of dormitories for more than 900 students. Student residence units include full-size kitchens (with stackable washer and dryer, dish washer, and microwave), generous living areas, and most of them will have private bathrooms. The retail area is located on the ground level, on the US Route 1 corridor and will feature over 16,000 square feet of commercial and restaurant space. Parking spaces for more than 200 vehicles will also be provided under the residential building.
