David Strang AIA

Principal

Dave has over 28 years of experience and over 10 years with Grimm + Parker in the design and construction of educational and civic facilities. This experience has been in new construction, renovation, additions, and feasibility studies. He currently leads a team of staff architects who regularly handle award-winning educational and governmental facility projects for county governments and school systems throughout the metropolitan region.

Dave’s experience encompasses all aspects of project development from program analysis and design through document quality control and construction. He is a highly creative architect with strong technical capabilities and has a vision toward creating award-winning public facilities.

As Principal and Studio Leader, Dave is the individual on the team who is responsible for managing the project’s progress toward its time, cost, and quality goals. He works directly with the client throughout planning, design, and construction to ascertain goals and expectations.
