Grimm + Parker Architects offers the full range of services for all our project types – from the earliest stages of site analysis and selection, feasibility studies including cost estimating, masterplanning, and programming through all of the design phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, and preparation of construction documents. We offer a broad range of supplemental services including cost modeling, LEED-certified design, computer animation, project management, and construction administration.
We stay with our projects through construction, to verify that all work is completed in accordance with the design intent and documentation, and we assist owners with post occupancy evaluations after the project is in use. Because we have long-term relationships with so many of our clients, we continue to receive feedback from our clients years after the project is in use. Because our work is constructed in the very communities in which we live, we are able to follow up on the performance of our buildings, and even participate in their use, for years to come.
