Grimm + Parker has won numerous AIA awards and has been named Architectural Firm of the Year three times by Associated Builders and Contractors (2008, 2007 & 1994) for our outstanding skills and professionalism within the construction industry.  As a result of our client-focused design process, we have won accolades from our clients and over 180 design awards for our work in public architecture.

Our work has won the three most coveted Education Design AwardsThe Walter Taylor Award, The Shirley Cooper Award, and The James D. MacConnell Award, as well as numerous national awards from major national educational organizations. 

Grimm + Parker Architects has won numerous residential design awards including the prestigious Finest for Family Living Award and the Maryland Governor’s Vision Award for Smart Growth.  We have also won Montgomery County’s First Place Award for Affordable Housing five years in a row.
