Logan C. Schutz AIA

Principal

Logan has over 30 years of experience in performing all phases of planning, design, and construction, which includes the completion of over 200 projects during his career.  His area of architectural expertise is in housing for seniors, multi-family housing, assisted living housing, and community planning. He also has extensive experience designing churches, hotels, civic and educational buildings, government buildings, and industrial buildings.

Logan is directly involved in all phases of design and construction, including programming, schematic design, artist sketching, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. He is responsible for directing the activities of all teams working on housing projects.  He stays involved throughout the design and implementation of the projects and is committed to implementing quality control for each and every project.
